This website is operated by Domhaus. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Domhaus. By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Products & Custom Orders
All Domhaus products are custom-made to order using the house number provided by the customer at checkout.
-Customers are responsible for ensuring all custom details are correct before placing an order
-Domhaus is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet commenced.
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded due to the custom nature of the product.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
We accept all payment methods made available at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
Shipping
Shipping details, timeframes, and conditions are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
Returns & Replacements
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
-We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect custom details
-Replacements are offered for faulty or damaged items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domhaus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
Domhaus is not responsible for:
-Installation errors
-Damage caused after delivery
-Delays or failures caused by events outside our control (including carrier delays)
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, branding, and product designs, is the property of Domhaus and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page.
