-Orders are shipped from Australia

-We currently ship within Australia only

Processing Time

-All orders are custom-made and processed within 1–3 business days

-Processing time does not include shipping time

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

-We offer free standard shipping on all orders

-All orders are shipped via Australia Post

-Express shipping is not currently available

Delivery Timeframes

-Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch

-Delivery times may vary depending on location and Australia Post network conditions

Delivery Details

-We do not ship to PO Boxes

-Signature on delivery is not required

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

-Please contact us as soon as possible

-We will investigate the issue with Australia Post

-Supporting information may be required (e.g. photos, delivery notifications, or Australia Post updates)

We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue before issuing any replacement.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Domhaus is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
