At Domhaus, all products are custom-made to order using the house number provided by the customer. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Because our products are custom-made specifically for you:
-We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind
-We do not accept returns or refunds for incorrect house numbers entered at checkout
Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase, as orders are produced exactly as submitted.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a replacement under Australian Consumer Law.
-You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
-Proof of the issue (photos) may be required
-Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you
-Domhaus will cover all replacement and shipping costs
We do not offer refunds — replacements only.
How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement, please contact us with:
-Your order number
-A description of the issue
-Clear photos showing the fault or damage
Requests submitted outside the 30-day window may not be eligible.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the law. You are entitled to a replacement for major faults or damage.
